This is an absolute pleasure to write. I've worked with Terri at Cairns Knight Realty for coming up to 10 Years! I have a few properties in Cairns but do not live in Cairns. The first question I ask a property manager is, "Are you an investor yourself ?" You will find that most are not. Terri is! She has a property owner mindset. Correspondence and condition reports with accompanying photos etc are of a very high standard, protecting all parties. If something needs to be repaired she emails immediately. Terri knows the complexes I'm involved with first hand and has been instrumental in improving those complexes and creating a harmonious culture with happy tenants. I have recommended Terri to many of my fellow owners/neighbours and they have all been grateful (if not relieved) for the introduction and their property manager problems disappearing. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Terri has managed my properties for over 7 years and I can honestly say she is the best manager I've ever had. My property is inspected regularly and I receive detailed reports and photos. Maintenance issues are raised with me and taken care of straight away. Cairns Knight Realty is a team of professionals who take care of everything with no fuss. Terri provided early, clear and concise advice on what improvements were required prior to listing, and assisted greatly in coordinating with and giving trades access when I was absent on business. She supported my position on the limits of improvements / spending, and had strategies in place to manage buyers expectations. Her recommendation on strategy and price were good - we had a large amount of early interest and secured multiple offers after the initial open. Her communication with buyers was proactive and effective. I felt she really understood my mindset and often pre-empted my next question or query. I appreciate that she is a down to earth, long-term real estate professional. Her focus was entirely toward getting me a great price from a buyer that would get to settlement in minimum time.
